The roots of CRG are tied to development. The Company has developed millions of square feet and truly revitalizing neighborhoods throughout urban Washington D.C. CRG is focused on the in-fill development opportunities that have an opportunity to reshape and define a community. The primary focus is multi-family and retail however, CRG has been involved in developing marinas, hotels, office buildings, as well as industrial assets.
Construction management and operational systems are in place to ensure a smooth, on time and on budget development. Our deep history enables us to leverage the astute knowledge we have gained over the years. Some call it grey hair, we call it experience!
CRG has a unique vision: either by turning a mobile home park into an 200,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Kohl’s, or an airport developed into a mixed use town center and everything in between. There is ample opportunity in D.C. to be creative and thrive in an industry that is dominated by institutional investors.
